Okanagan Chito-Ryu Society

The Okanagan Chito-Ryu Society is made up of a dedicated group of volunteers. These people put in countless hours every year. The OK. Chito-Ryu Society is responsible for the annual Kids Classic Karate Tournament. This year was the 16th one!! With out their support this annual event would not happen.

The Society also helps out with fund raisers. The main focus of the fund raising right now is to help support the Soke Cup Team traveling to Japan in the Summer of 2010. The society is planning a black tie auction night at Kelowna Springs golf course on May 8th as well as many others.

All members of the Taneda Karate Dojo are members of the Okanagan Chito-ryu Society. If your child is under the age of 16 you have one vote for your child at our annual general meetings.
